By using our website, submitting an interest or application form, or enrolling in one of our courses, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

  • Professional information. Dental license number and state of licensure, practice name and location, professional credentials, years in practice, clinical experience, specialty, and NPI number where applicable.

  • Application information. Responses to questions on our interest forms and course applications, including questions about your clinical background and training goals.

  • Enrollment and participation documentation. Documentation we require before a course begins, which may include proof of licensure, professional liability insurance, immunization or health clearance records, and any other credentials required for participation in live-patient clinical training.

  • Payment information. Tuition payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

  • Communications. Emails, text messages, form submissions, and other correspondence you send to us.

When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

Opting out of marketing communications does not stop transactional messages related to an application or enrollment you have already submitted.

We do not sell your personal information.
